The Atmospheric Plasma Robot is a versatile three-axis unit for automated plasma surface treatment. It is available in various XYZ range of motion (XY to 500 mm, Z to 150 mm) and in both benchtop and floor-standing versions. User-friendly programming allows storage of 255 programs with up to 30,000 data points. A five-phase stepper motor ensures accurate and consistent motion. The system has extensive external input and output options for seamless device integration.
