The SmartSPM scanning probe microscope is the first 100% automated system to offer leading-edge, ultra-fast, high-resolution measurement technology for the most advanced nanoscale materials research in all AFM and STM modes. With SmartSPM, taking large, up to 100 µm overview scans at atomic resolution has become a reality. Its design has been specifically developed so that it can be seamlessly integrated with optical spectroscopies (SNOM, Raman, photoluminescence and TERS/SERS techniques).
