HORIBA XGT-9000SL

XGT-9000SL enables X-ray fluorescence analysis of samples from the microscopic level to large samples using ultra-high intensity <15 µm and <100 µm microprobes. The X-ray generator offers high X-ray power up to 50 kV and 1000 µA.
