Lifetime-based bioimaging across cells and tissues

20. 10. - 22. 10. 2026
Cellular Imaging Core Facility (CELLIM) CEITEC MU Masaryk University

Explore fluorescence lifetime imaging from cells to tissues

Join us for a hands-on workshop dedicated to fluorescence lifetime-based bioimaging and its applications in modern life-science research. Participants will explore how fluorescence lifetime information can reveal molecular interactions, cellular environments, and biological processes beyond fluorescence intensity alone.

The programme will combine expert presentations, practical demonstrations, and discussions focused on data acquisition, analysis, interpretation, and real research applications.

The workshop is organised by the Cellular Imaging Core Facility (CELLIM), CEITEC Masaryk University, in collaboration with Specion.

Whether you already work with advanced fluorescence microscopy or are considering introducing lifetime-based imaging into your research, the workshop will offer practical inspiration, expert insight, and opportunities to connect with fellow researchers.

Visit the official CEITEC event page for the registration.

Connect on webinar called: Get Your Samples Ready for FLIM & FRET workshop on 5.10.2026 from 14:00 CET
